Madison, IN Hutchinson Lane Improvement Project.

The cities goal was to show the before and after conditions of the new Hutchinson Lane improvements. The project was divided into the 3 main sections which include the reconfigured SR7 – Hutchinson Lane intersection, the Hutchinson connection and the proposed roundabout at Wilson Avenue.
